1. Arrival & Forest Walk

Your experience begins with a stroll through the beautiful Mahinapua Scenic Reserve, just 15 minutes south of Hokitika.

The elevated steel walkway rises approximately 20 metres above the forest floor, winding through towering:

  • Kahikatea

  • Kamahi

  • Native ferns
